We received some lovely messages of thanks from the community for the Cream Tea Celebration held on Friday 8th May to mark the 75th Anniversary of VE Day.
Over 600 Cream Teas were delivered to some of the elderly and vulnerable members of our community, all baked, packed and delivered by volunteers.
Members of the community donated money towards the celebration through JustGiving to help fund ingredients. We also received donations of ingredients from Tesco in Glastonbury and the Middlewick Holiday Cottages in Glastonbury.
